I resisted, but oh man, it was hard. I totally lost sight of why I'm doing this and kept asking myself, "Is dairy really that bad??" I turn down desserts a lot and i find it upsets people, but you have to do what is right for you :) <br /><br />I had headaches on and off when I cut out wheat and dairy and eggs last spring - and when I added dairy and eggs back in for allergy testing, I had some headaches when I took them back out.
